Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of OnBrand AI (the "App"), provided by Dropfeed LLC ("Dropfeed," "we," "us"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

OnBrand AI helps Shopify merchants generate product descriptions, SEO metadata, and image alt text using artificial intelligence, and publish that content to their store.

2. Eligibility

You must have an active Shopify store and the authority to install apps and modify content on it. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

• The App offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify's Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice.
• Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the App or changing your plan; cancellation stops future charges.
• Except where required by law or Shopify policy, fees are non-refundable. Usage limits are described in the App and on our listing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including: using it for unlawful content, attempting to bypass usage limits or security, reselling the service, or overloading the system. We may suspend access for violations.

5. AI-generated content

• The App uses AI, which can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or non-compliant text. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before publishing it.
• We do not guarantee any specific search-ranking, sales, or SEO outcome.
• You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of your store data and of the content you generate and publish using the App. Dropfeed retains all rights in the App itself, including its software, design, and trademarks.

7. Third-party services

The App relies on Shopify and on an AI provider (see our Privacy Policy). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.

8. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dropfeed will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 3 months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Dropfeed against claims arising from your use of the App or content you publish in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to comply with law.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms; the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
